Flying Fish Drying
MAITUM, Sarangani (August 25, 2007) – Jennylyn Peralta, 35, dries flying fish earlier cleaned thoroughly. These half-dried marinated flying fish are preserved with salt and pure coconut vinegar for marinade, blended with garlic, black pepper and natural flavoring.
