Environmental governance

KIAMBA, Sarangani (October 15, 2008) – Ferdinand Esguerra, regional director of the Philippine Environmental Governance (EcoGov) Project, talks before the Tboli community in barangay Tamadang during the turn-over of two portable abaca stripping machines on Tuesday, October 14. Ecogov Project is an agency under the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
