Claudio, chair of Sarangani Land and Property Corporation, sign a joint venture agreement Wednesday, January 6, for the development of the Provincial Employees Housing Project. The project also known as the “Capitol Residences” is located at Purok Sto Niño, Poblacion, Alabel covering an area of 6 hectares to generate a total of 180 housing units at an estimated cost of P80 million.
