MAITUM, Sarangani (October 18, 2010) - Rosalito Labi, sitio Angko village leader, explains to visitors how villagers beat hardship and poverty in sitio Angko by being united and focused. Labi is a Tboli chieftain and supervisor of the Alternative Learning Center in his sitio which has no electricity and no potable water.
