MALUNGON, Sarangani (November 14, 2010) – Governor Migs Dominguez embraces a grand woman of the community of barangay Talus at the oathtaking ceremony and thanksgiving party for the newly elected barangay officials Saturday, November 13. Talus, now a progressive and fast growing barangay, was declared a barangay on March 3, 1983 from being a sitio of its mother barangay, Malalag Cogon, through the effort ofits first settlers particularly the Espinosa family.
