MALUNGON, Sarangani (January 24, 2008) – Gov. Migs Dominguez cuts the ceremonial ribbon going to the intake gate of the rehabilitated Lower Biangan Communal Irrigation System Thursday, January 24, in Malungon. The P4-million project funded by Department of Agriculture - Food Security Program and implemented by National Irrigation Administration would benefit 98 members of barangay Lower Biangan Irrigators Association covering 48 hectares of rice field.
