Jogy Leo Fojas (right), outgoing Commander of the 10th Infantry (Agila) Division, PhilippineArmy, confers to Sarangani Governor Migs Dominguez the Outstanding Achievement Medal Tuesday, February 10. Governor Dominguez, a Commander in the Philippine Navy (Reserve), is cited for extraordinary and distinguished achievement in his active involvement in the successful campaign of the 10th ID and for providing "excellent leadership that synchronized the efforts of the elements of the 10th ID and that of the different government instrumentalities and non-government organizations in his province."
