MAASIM, Sarangani (March 1, 2009) - Thousands gather at the municipal gym during the public hearing Friday, February 27, conducted by Environmental Management Bureau to determine if Conal Holdings Corporation (CHC) has complied with all the requirements for the issuance of environmental compliance certificate for CHC to proceed with its multi-billion peso coal-fired power plant.
