MAASIM, Sarangani (May 28, 2009) - As part of the activities of this year’s Sarangani Bay Festival, the first underwater photography competition and second scubafest clinic opened Thursday (May 28) at South Point Divers, Lemlunay.
At least 16 licensed scuba divers and underwater photography enthusiasts are expected to participate in the underwater competition.
The competition runs until May 29 with the culmination on the 30th at Coco Beach, Gumasa, Glan.An underwater treasure hunt will also be held in Lemlunay on the 30th and dive accessories will be given away as prizes. Scott “Gutsy” Tuason will be the judge of the underwater photography contest. (SARANGANI INFORMATION OFFICE)
