ZAMBOANGA CITY (September 27, 2009) – Sarangani Governor Migs Dominguez (center) and Zamboanga City Mayor Celso Lobregat (standing) with private and government officials convene in a welcome dinner Saturday, September 26, for Defense Secretary Gilbert Teodoro hosted by the city government. Teodoro, who chairs the National Disaster Coordinating Council, was expected to arrive in the city but was cancelled as he attended to flood victims in Luzon brought about by typhoon Undoy.
