ALABEL, Sarangani (March 7, 2008) – Governor Migs Dominguez welcomes participants of the 1st Comelec Mindanao Goodwill Games at the Capitol gym Thursday (Mar. 6) in a dinner hosted for the Mindanao-wide regional delegations. Atty. Michael Abas, acting regional director for Region XII, describes the March 6-8 goodwill games held in Sarangani and General Santos City venues as an occasion for more than 800 Comelec employees and officials throughout Mindanao to "enjoy joyful bonding" and to promote the spirit of sportsmanship, friendship and camaraderie.
