ALABEL, Sarangani (February 8, 2007) - Nina Alba, a Grade VI pupil of Alabel Central SPED Center, receives books from Governor Migs Dominguez during a gift-giving Wednesday at the Capitol lobby. Over 10,000 books – coming from Books for the Books Across the Sea Foundation, Brothers Brothers Foundation, Rotary Club of Makati, USAID, and Books for the Barrios USA through Ms. Nancy Harrington - are being distributed to 20 elementary schools across the province.
