Memorandum of Agreement

ALABEL, Sarangani (October 18, 2007) – Governor Migs Dominguez with, from right, Malapatan Mayor Aida Singcoy, Alabel Mayor Corazon Grafilo, Secretary Jose Atienza, boxing icon Manny Pacquiao, Davao del Sur environment regional director Ricardo Calderon, and Maasim Mayor Aniceto Lopez, Jr. (partly hidden) sign the Memorandum of Agreement between the six coastal municipalities of Sarangani and one in Malalag, Davao del Sur province, and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) for the Septage Treatment Facilities (STFs) of the seven towns in the inauguration ceremony Wednesday, October 17. The STFs were funded by Japan Bank for International Cooperation through the DENR. Sarangani is the only recipient of septage treatment facilities in the country.
