DAVAO CITY (July 23, 2007) – Filipino fishermen Albert Miquiabas (2nd, right) and Pablo Pabalay (third, right) are assisted by communications staff of Sarangani Gov. Migs Dominguez after their turn over Monday (July 23) from the Philippine Navy patrol ship BRP Sultan Kudarat under Commander Vicente Cejoco at the Naval Forces Eastern Mindanao Headquarters in Panacan, Davao City. They were repatriated from Indonesia, after months of detention for illegal entry, following the completion of the July 13-20 Philippine-Indonesia CORPAT (Coordinated Patrol) PHILINDO Joint Border Patrol Exercise.
