ALABEL, Sarangani (February 8, 2007) – Members of the International Monitoring Team (IMT) present a birthday gift to Gov. Migs Dominguez Monday after his State of the Province Address (SOPA). In his SOPA, the governor cited the IMT for its "big help in bringing cooperation together with the MILF and the police," resulting to not a single serious armed conflict in the province over the past three years.
