MALUNGON, Sarangani (January 12, 2007) - Gov. Migs Dominguez listens as Teresita Guylan, area coordinator of Kapit Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan-Comprehensive Integrated Delivery of Social Services (KALAHI-CIDDS), shows the different projects during the hand-over ceremonies in Malungon Wednesday. KALAHI-CIDSS poured in a total of P23 million for the construction of water systems, school buildings, road networks and other projects identified by the people themselves. The provincial government, the municipality of Malungon, barangay councils and the recipient communities involved raised P23 million as fund counterpart for the projects.
