ALABEL, Sarangani Province (March 20, 2007) - Congressman Erwin Chiongbian swears in new members of the Sarangani Reconciliation and Reformation Organization at Alabel Monday. Cong. Chiongbian together with Gov. Migs Dominguez and Vice Governor Bridget Chiongbian-Huang filed their certificate of candidacy Monday vowing to continue their efforts to develop Sarangani province.
