KIAMBA, Sarangani (February 25, 2008) - Dr. Nicanor Ballan, a provincial board member, attends to a school girl during a free dental clinic in barangay Kayupo. The activity Friday (Feb. 22) spearheaded by the Philippine Dental Association - Sarangani Chapter highlights the "Philippine Dental Health Month Celebration" in the province.
