MAITUM, Sarangani (November 18, 2008) – Troops of the 25th Infantry Battalion bid goodbye to Maitum after almost two months of stay. Maitum residents earlier expressed their gratitude to the 25th IB not only for giving security although for a short time, but also for the professionalism, discipline, and goodness they've shown to the Maitumians. Mayor Perrett is thankful for the humanitarian efforts like distributing library books and reaching out to the Maitumians with their warmth and friendliness.
