GENERAL SANTOS CITY (November 21, 2008) – Officers of the Overseas Filipino Workers' (OFW) group known as OFW Family Circles (OFC) from Kiamba, Sarangani show for posterity Thursday, November 20, checks awarded by the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration – National Reintegration Center for OFWs through its "Training Cum Production" program. There are eight OFCs organized in Kiamba through the effort of the municipal Public Employment Services Office that were given P150,000 each as grants for livelihood projects in the form of rice trading, sari-sari store (mini-grocery) and egg trading.
