MALAPATAN, Sarangani (April 27, 2010) – Regional Development Council Chair and Sarangani Governor Migs Dominguez awards the certificate of pledge of commitment to Agustina Mejia, executive secretary the mayor of Ezperanza, Sultan Kudarat Tuesday, April 27. This pledge of commitment is to deliver the assistance from Department of Agriculture for the RDC convergence program for the ten poorest municipalities of the region.
