MAASIM, Sarangani (April 8, 2010) - Tirso Santillan Jr., Conal Holdings Corporation CEO and EVP, leads the ceremonial tree planting during the launching of the 13 million dollars agro-forestry project in a 7,500 hectares of denuded upland barangays of Maasim Thursday, April 8, in sitio Kiomad, barangay Amsipit. This agro-forestry project will serve both as the carbon sink of the Conal Holdings 200mw power plant and a source of living for the 3,500 farmers mostly Blaan and Tboli residents in the area.
