MALAPATAN, Sarangani (June 22, 2007) – Elected municipal officials of Malapatan led by their new Mayor Aida Singcoy (5th from left) take their oath of office Thursday before Governor Migs Dominguez (extreme right) during the town's 38th foundation anniversary. Mrs. Singcoy, who replaces her husband Alfonso, is one of the three incoming lady mayors of Sarangani.
