Migs Dominguez chats with kindergarten pupils of Tuyan Elementary School during the turn-over and acceptance ceremonies Monday (July 2) of a two-classroom building constructed under the auspices of the Kapit Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan-Comprehensive Integrated Delivery of Social Services (KALAHI-CIDSS) program.
