GUMASA, Glan (May 23, 2008) – Governor Migs Dominguez speaks before guests at White Haven Beach Resort in Gumasa during the inauguration of Smart Communication's cellsite. The cellsite area is located in Barrio Langit (heaven) overlooking the white sand resorts of Gumasa. The new facility is a 2G GSM cellsite. SmartBRO Plug IT post paid and prepaid services are now available in these coverage areas: Gumasa, boundary of Cablalan, boundary of Taluya and part of poblacion Glan.
