ALABEL, Sarangani (May 26, 2008) – May is the National Heritage Month. The theme for this year is "Philippine Epics" and local events being held under the auspices of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts are celebrated by Capitol employees with Tboli kids from Badtasan village of Kiamba town.
