ALABEL, Sarangani (October 9, 2009) - Chamberlane Bancaerin of Alabel National High School is the 1st prize winner of the poster-making contest organized by the Department of Trade and Industry Wednesday, October 7, at the Capitol lobby. The contest was open to all high school students within the province. This is in celebration of a month-long consumer welfare celebration with this year's theme: GENERIC DRUGS: GAWANG PINOY!
