ALABEL, Sarangani (October 28, 2009) - Governor Migs Dominguez emphasizes to 383 Sarangan scholars the value of education during the scholars day Tuesday, October 27, at the Capitol gymnasium. The governor said scholars should be inspired to keep on moving despite failures.
