MAITUM, Sarangani (June 18, 2009) – George Perrett (left), an experienced welder, serves as instructor Tuesday, June 16, in a welding course funded by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority under its Private Education Student Fund Assistance. The 17-week welding course was held in coordination with Vice Gov.
