GLAN, Sarangani (April 5, 2010) – Incumbent Mayor Enrique “Yoyong” Yap, Jr. reiterates his call for credible and dependable leaders who would take his place as he is finishing his third term of office at the proclamation rally of the party he belongs, the Sarangani Reformation and Reconciliation Organization (SARRO), Sunday, April 4. Yoyong Yap first took office in 2001 with the second-class town’s annual income of P57 million and a P17 million deficit.
