MAITUM, Sarangani (June 15, 2010) - Members of the Philippine Army 73rd Infantry Battalion help a beneficiary get acquainted with her wheelchair. Twenty nine wheelchairs were distributed to qualified senior citizen and persons with disability recently. This project was initiated by Lt. Col. Roland Rodil of the 25th IB, now assigned at Civil Relations Office in Manila, through the Operation Blessings which provided the wheelchairs.
