DAVAO CITY (December 13, 2006) – Sarangani Governor Migs Dominguez elaborates on his province's anti-poverty innovations, countryside development and "from arms to farms" projects during a press conference Tuesday at the Army's 10th Infantry Division headquarters in Panacan, Davao City where 44 surrenderees are presented to Army chief Lt. Gen. Romeo Tolentino. Governor Dominguez challenged the media to mold well-informed constituencies by giving awareness against insurgencies and terrorism through good governance " kasi mas pinapakinggan kayo ng mga tao kesa sa amin."
