MAASIM, Sarangani (August 27, 2009) – Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon (left) and barangay captain Luna Tabalao lead the groundbreaking ceremony for the rehabilitation of 2.8 km. farm-to-market road of barangay Nomoh from the Department of National Defense Wednesday, August 26.
