KIAMBA, Sarangani (August 2, 2009) – Governor Migs Dominguez and Mayor Rom Falgui visit Saturday, August 1, flashflood victim Bernad Gallo, 4, who was holding on his mother’s leg when swept away at the height of the flooding. During that time his mother was cuddling a five-month old baby girl and pushing another five-year old son to safety.
