KIAMBA, Sarangani (August 17, 2009) – Governor Migs Dominguez signs the program of work Monday, August 17, for the construction of an abaca tissue culture laboratory where the provincial government shares P1 million for the project, P1.5 million from Department of Agriculture’s Support to Emergency Livelihood Assistance Program (SELAP), and the municipal government provides a four-hectare land area for the building.
