MAASIM, Sarangani (August 12, 2009) - Grade 1 pupils immediately use their QUEST (Quality Education for Sarangani Today) workbooks after distribution by municipal employees and army men from 73rd Infantry Battalion Wednesday, July 12, at Ireneo Lopez Elementary School.
