Migs Dominguez presides over the Provincial Peace and Order Council meeting Friday, August 8, which is also a planning conference and Social Integration Program (SIP) information drive sponsored by the Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process (OPAPP). Sarangani is the pilot province of the program and the venue for the first leg of the information drive nationwide. With the governor are (from left), Atty.
