MAITUM, Sarangani (August 21, 2008) - Governor Migs Dominguez arrives in Maitum for a peace and order evaluation with municipal officials Thursday, August 21, as heightened alert in villages across the province is set out against armed intruders. The governor, who earlier in the day attended a peace and order council meeting in Malapatan town, has been directing manhunt operations for rouge Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) forces who raided Maasim town and killed two innocent civilians on August 18.
