MAITUM, Sarangani (March 6, 2009) – “Layag ng Magandang Bukas” by Gensan Camera Club vice president and entrepreneur Ronald Velasquez is 2nd Place in the 2009 Maitum Safari Photo Contest. This year’s theme is “Hurdling turmoil, strengthening progress” which means that despite threats in the peace and security of Maitum, Maitumians should not cower.
