Fresh from the bay
GLAN, Sarangani (March 11, 2009) – Dan-dan Barutil, a young fisherman,prepares the fresh catch from the bay for “kinilaw”, a fish menu in vinegar and spices. “Kinilaw” is a famous appetizer and “pulutan”among fisher folk in coastal communities in Sarangani.
