ALABEL, Sarangani (March 26, 2009) – Governor Migs Dominguez receives the symbolic fleet card from Joselito de Jesus, Petron general manager, marketing services after the memorandum of agreement signing Thursday, March 26, between Petron Corporation and Sarangani Provincial Government for the Sarangani fleet card fuel management system. According to Petron, Sarangani province is the first local government unit to use this system in whole of Mindanao. Also in photo is Arjun Socco, general manager, card business group of Petron.
