ALABEL, Sarangani (March 27, 2009) – Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon talks to the first batch of graduates at barangay Alegria for the Haggai for Peace Project. 175 students all over the province have graduated from this Culture of Peace and Spiritual Enrichment Training.
