Leonora Guilloreza, provincial director of Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), thanks Mayor Elsie Perrett for accommodating the vocational course in Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) program in Maitum. “I thank the management of Kalaong Plantation, Inc. especially Mr. George Perrett for allowing us to use their machine shop and for giving his precious time as welder instructor, all free of charge," Engr. Guilloreza said. "Gov. Migs Dominguez was impressed when he saw you already working in the public market," she added.
