Guilloreza, provincial director of Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA); Vice Mayor Tito Balazon, OIC Mayor/Councilor Kubli Kusin, Municipal Budget Officer/Community Training and Employment Training Coordinator (CTEC) Nelson Merculio, and representatives from the Office of the Vice Governor, join the 17 graduates who finished the 268-hour vocational course in Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW).
