ALABEL, Sarangani (June 2, 2008) - Michael Elechicon (2nd from left) receives in behalf of barangay Malalag, municipality of Maitum a certificate Friday, May 30, at the culmination of the month-long Sarangani Big Brother "Reading is Fun" program spearheaded by the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK).
