MAITUM, Sarangani (June 28, 2008) – Fear and innocence paints the face of this evacuee who is among the thousands of victims of atrocities committed by rogue armed groups coming from the direction of Palimbang, Sultan Kudarat on June 25. While the residents of Maguling and Ticulab were massed up at Maguling National High School, the hostile forces reportedly looted and plundered their houses. Valuable possessions of civilians were reportedly grabbed by the rebels.
