MAITUM, Sarangani (May 5, 2008) – Barangay and municipal officials led by Mayor Elsie Perrett hoist flags Monday, May 5, to kick-off the three-day Binuyugan Festival leading to the 49th Foundation Anniversary of the municipality on May 7. Highlights of the festival are the Safari photo contest, playing of indigenous instruments and games, agro trade fair, sportsfest, beauty pageant, float and tribal parade, and the anniversary program on May 7.
