ALABEL, Sarangani (May 5, 2008) – Governor Migs Dominguez (center) gestures as the signing of a memorandum-of-agreement is about to begin Monday, May 5, among Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (Philhealth), Sarangani Community Development Foundation Inc. (SARCODFI), and Muslim-Christian Fisherfolks Multi-purpose Cooperative (MUSCHRIS) in jointly sponsoring health insurance through Philhealth for 2,850 families from Alabel, Malapatan, and Glan for one year.
