MALAPATAN, Sarangani (September 2, 2007) – Vice Governor Steve Solon (right) fulfills the wish of 14-year old Irish Patlingrao to have her own desktop computer at home for her school chores. Patlingrao, a third year student at Lun Padidu High School, had written a TV program host of her need for computer set.
