Unusual haze in Glan

GLAN, Sarangani (September 4, 2006) – An usually thick haze partly obscures sunlight at 3:41 PM tuesday in this photo taken at the Port of Glan. The smoke haze, which partly obscured sunlight, was observed in the coastal towns of Sarangani province while motoring from GeneralSantos City to Alabel, Malapatan and Glan. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), however, said that there has been no reported forest fire in Region XII the past weeks. (Photo bySARANGANI INFORMATION OFFICE/CAS)
